Our Business Philosophy
We are in business to serve the people we work with, ensuring there is always joys of interaction between our company and others.
 
At the centre of every transaction, the hearts of both parties must be happy. Either party being unhappy is unacceptable. We shall always work towards the satisfaction of all parties concerned, including ourselves.
 
We apply the Golden Rule in our business. “Do unto others what you would them do unto you; do not unto others what you would them not do unto you”
 
Our responsibility is to the world. We need to look after our fellow man, whether rich or poor. To this, we commit to creating a happiness centered business world.
 
 
 
How it started
 
In 1995, Jay Khialani read a book by dentist Paddi Lund from Australia that mentioned dentists had a very high suicide rate. Paddi changed his business model into a happiness centered one and was very happy doing dentistry while teaching others to enjoy the time they spent on their vocation.
 
Jay also wanted to help the dentists be happier in their work as well as have the public recognize the contributions of dentists to their health. 10 years later, in September 2005, he started the company Oral Kare to bring excellent oral hygiene to the masses.
 
Notice the logo has a heart with ok in the centre. This reflects the philosophy that it is ok to use your heart in the center of business.
